I need to create a table that will total a data field when any of three other fields change. Is there a way to do this? I see the "on change of field" option but it only allows you to choose one field.

Thanks

Haven't tried this myself, but try to create a
Formula that concatanates the string values
of all three fields. Then test for a change in
the value of the Formula.

CrystalVisualBOracle: Yes. I do this all the time! As Ido says create yourself a formula with all 3 elements and force a value change if any 1 of them changes. Then use that in your Running Totals David C. Monks

Okay. I see what you're both saying and I'm working on it. I created a variable to concatenate the fields together and used the "on change of field" option in the create running total area based on the change of that variable.

Thanks a TON!!!
