I am a little dusty and am creating a report that has to run from tables that have multiple rows of data which gives me inaccurate subtotals and will give me the wrong grand totals.. I don't remember the formulas and where to put them to make this run.. I will have 5 columns of different computations.. HELP! Terri

GAAP FEDB
85000 17000
0 0
85000 17000
0 0

Column should only reflect one value and if totalled right now it would be
GAAP FEDB
170000 34000 Terri

Given your sample data, all you need to do is right click the fields in question, select insert summary (or grand total, as the case may be) and make it a sum() operation. No formulas required. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
