running totals - amount error

we're having problems with running totals amount. this happens in the design time and whe we print the report through our delphi application.

but if we export the report, the running totals is correct.

what could be happening ?

As a suggestion you can create formulas if running totals of yours are incorrect.Formulas have more capabilites because you can add many criterias to your formulas.

You did not say what version of crystal you are using, however I hav eheard reported on this forum a persistent bug in version 7 that intermittently returns bad results on running totals.

If you are on version 7, try using variables to calculate your running totals. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
