Is there a way that I can make running total fields display 0 if one of the paramters calls for displaying Qty 0. The problem I have I am hiding fields and display the one that I want but runnig total still see it and displays it. So now it does not look right all Qty fields zero and running total 5000. How can I make this 0 too.

Try posting technical information when requesting it:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity used
Example data
Expected output

As I explain to all developers, architecture is the key. To design intellignetly, you must do proper discovery, and you're either not doing any, or aren't sharing any.

You can use the Evaluate->Use a Formula to add criteria to a Running total to Include/Exclude values used in the aggregate.
