I want to create a repot that counts the number of times and order is allocated to a particular budget(s)
The problem I have is that any one order can have more than one budget code.
We have field1 as the main budget code
and field 2. as additional budget code(s), the system will not allow you to enter the same budget code twice in one order.
I have created a running total that counts the number of entries in field1 (if they = a particular code) and a seperate running total to count the entries in field 2. if it = a code.
Example
Order number budget field 1 addtional budget field2
12345 devpro Workforce Project
Export project
International Trade Budget
My running total for add budget field2 = 2 this is correct as i have specified I only ant to count Workforce Project, and Export Project.
my running total for budget field 1. = 4
can anyone explain why it is doing this, as it seems to be counting all of them as they are all attached to order 12345.
Any help would be appreicated.
Thanks
