running the setup /pl fails 1

i'm having trouble with setting up my exchange server and when running the following command setup /pl i get the following error message:


c:\EX-2007SP1>setup /pl

Performing Microsoft Exchange Server Prerequisite Check

Organization Checks ......................... FAILED

and enter the Error ID.



unfortunately it doesn't give an error ID. and of course the reboot didn't work?

any ideas! any input is appreciated

alright! after multiple reboots it finally ran the c:\EX-2007SP1>setup /pl

but am now encountering the next problem running the /ps command......

Is your account a member of the schema admins group?

yes the account was part of the schema admin group, but that group was also part of the denied RODC which i removed. problem solved. thanks for pointing my in the right direction.
