Running System Command Error

I am developing an web based file explorer. When I try to open a file or right click on files or blank area, I get an warning stating "Running System Command on this item might be unsafe. Do you wish to continue?"

Does anyone know how to supress this error. I checked if there is anything on internet explorer, I didn't see any option.

Rojan,

As far as I know, there is no way to suppress this message. I don't know if the user's security settings have any bearing on the message appearing or not, but I don't believe you can override these using script, anyway.
