Hello All,

I have some Crystal Reports v9 via ODBC to Oracle 10g that will be scheduled to run weekly/monthly by some other folks in our organization. I have not had any experience with any scheduling programs. I am told they may have to create new scripts, etc. to schedule these reports.

Although I will speak with them later this week, I am wondering what type of information I will need to provide them with to be able to run these reports. Currently, when a user runs a report, they choose a from/to date parameter.

Any insight into what I might need to provide would be very helpful.

TIA,

Uuuuh, what product are they using to schedule it?

No scripts are required for most schedulers, including Crystal's own Crystal Reports Server/Crystal Enterprise.

Here's a list of 3rd party products:

Thanks for your reply. I actually checked your link earlier and did not recognize the products.

We are using a product called Tidal.
