Running Reports generates an ‘Unexpected’ Error?

Hi,

We are using MS.net, Crystal 10 and SQL server 2000.
Randomly we are getting unexpected error not every time.

Is it crystal license issue?
Or
Is any where in the server tools we need to change the settings?
Or
Is it any IE session or cache issues?
