I live in Awe at how wonderful Access 97 is, it is a wonderful example of how MicroSoft write their entire applications range.

(Less of the moaning Shane !!!!!)

I run a simple report using the following command line:
DoCmd.OpenReport "rptIncidents", acPreview

Now I can not see any logic into the way the preview screen appears to the user. Sometimes it is the size of the whole screen, other times it is the size of a postage stamp.

Is there a simple way of running a report full screened, with a zoom factor of 75%?

I would appreciate any help.

Shane (Liking Access with he can make sence of of the help file) Brennan

Shane,

After your OpenReport command, try something like this:
Code:
DoCmd.Maximize
DoCmd.RunCommand accmdZoom75

Hoc nomen meum verum non est.

Thank goodness to good old common sense and clear instructions.

Thanks CosmoKramer. Very much appreciated.
