Being fairly new to Crystal, not sure how this is done but I feel like it can. We have created a report that I want several people to be able to run directly from an icon on the desktop. Not sure where to even start. I guess you could just drag a shortcut out but all of the users that need to run this report do not have Crystal installed. Is there a good way to do this???

In versions prior to 9, there was the option of compiled reports.

You could get a server solution (Crystal Reports Server is $7,500 for entry level configuraion of up to 5 concurrent users).

You could install a 3rd-party viewer on the users' PCs. See list of viewers at:
- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.
