At startup there's autoexec.bat or the entries in the registry that gets run at system bootup. Is it possible to run programs when windows shuts down?

Thanx

There is a facilty to run LogOff scripts. Don't know about shutdown. If you found this helpful let us know by voting below.

I mis-spoke. There is a facility in WinXP and Win2K to run scripts at system shutdown.

Start > Help and Support > search for "Shutdown Scripts" Post back with success or failure resolving issue(s).
