I have these reports set up on a menu with out date parameters. This reports are for the day's prior shift that are looked at each morning. How do I set it up so that when it is run it figures out the day before and runs it based on that prior day with out any parameters being entered? Database dates are linked based on a shift index number related to a date in a index table.

For your record selection formula, use:

{table.date} = currentdate - 1

I'm very new at this so I'll try to explain it the best that I can. I tried doing that on the select expert, but it said that it must be a boolean. I also tried using a formula in the format field, but it said the same thing???? Seems like there is a simple way to do this, but like I said I'm very green at this point.

Go to report->edit selection formula->record and enter the formula there.
