Hello -

I'm using Excel 2003 and I have done a survey. I'm categorizing the responses and am using a pivot chart to summarize my responses. I would like to generate a pareto chart that shows the count of responses by category and the running % of the category. But I can't get a running % column into my pivot chart. I can calculate it outside of the chart, but I want to have it in the pivot chart to automatically create a graph for me since I'm using page fields to change what the pivot chart/graph display.

Pivot Chart Data:
Category Frequency Running Total Running %
Category 1 21 21 33%
Category 2 18 39 62%
Category 3 15 54 86%
Category 4 7 61 97%
Category 5 2 63 100%
Total 63 63

Raw data to create the pivot chart
Actual response Category
Response 1 Category 1
Response 2 Category 1
Response 3 Category 4
Response 4 Category 5
Response 6 Category 2
Response 7 Category 3
Response 8 Category 2
Response 9 Category 1
etc...

Thank you for your help...
