Running Micros 3700 in virtual machine - "live"

I'm looking for feedback from anyone who may have had experience running Micros 3700 in a virtual machine in a live environment.

Running a demo setup works great, but I'm curious if anyone has run a live restaurant in a VM. The biggest concern/unknown for me is how the Sentinel driver would interact in a VM. I'm using VMware and VirtualBox for my demo setups. I'm unlikely to use VirtualPC, but if someone has solid experience using that and can recommend, I'd take another look.

VM machine will work fine in live as well but the pc or server configuration should bhi good
I am running 2 or 3 customers in VM So far i didn't face any problem
