In the Macro, I can choose "OpenQuery", which runs the query I indicate in the boxes below. When I run a make table query, 2 message boxes pop up that ask me first if I want to delete the table that already exists and then if I want to create the new table with the number of fields that query has extracted.

How do I work the macro so that neither of the message boxes pop up, and I can run the macro without any interruptions?

Thanks much. :)

Insert a step at the beginning of the macro and run the action "SetWarnings" with the argument below set to "No". At the end of the macro insert an action to "SetWarnings Yes". Terry
