Running Macros Automatically

I have created a macro in my spreadsheet that refresh my external data spreadsheet and then saves the spreadsheet. Does anyone know how I could set this macro up to run every minute without having to keep Excel open.

I am not sure if you can run your Excel macro without having Excel open, and starting it and stopping it every minute might take longer than that.

I would just find some scheduling software like above and have it kick off your macro every minute.
