Running JSP's under IIS & Tomcat

Hi all, im new here.. and had a question about running jsp's under IIS and tomcat. I have it all loaded up and i can run the examples from tomcat under IIS .. eg. ..etc..

well the qestion i have is how do I run a jsp under a different folder? like or ..etc.. those files that i have wont run.. all I get is a white screen.. do I have to modify a tomcat config file or something? any help is appreciated.. thanks
