I need help with a "revolving" inventory.
I have a sheet for week 1. It contains a weekly balance in column H. I need to take the amount in column H, and insert them in row A of the next weeks sheet (column A on all subsequent sheets being the "balance" from the previous week.)

...yeah, right, and I want a red Corvette convertible

oops, meant to say "and insert them in COLUMN A of the next weeks sheet"

...yeah, right, and I want a red Corvette convertible

appsguy,

No, No, No, NOOOOOOO!

"Say it ain't so, Joe!"

One of the WORSE abuses of spreadsheet table design is to spread similar data across multiple sheets...

Week1, Week 2...
Salesman A, Salesman B...
East Division, Central Division...

It is BAD DESIGN!

What you want can almost always be accomplished with less maintenance and hair pulling in a single sheet table...

and THEN reported by week, salesman, region etc. A Pivot Table would, no doubt, provide the answer that you are looking for with summary options out the wazoo.

Please do not do a stupid thing like you are proposing. It will bite you in the long run, BELIEVE ME!!!
