running Hello_module on winnt

Hi folks,
I have compiled mod_hello.c as a dll by linking it with apachecore.lib . This is from the "apache module" book from Oreilly.I have also placed the corresponding LoadModule Calls in httpd.conf. Let me also add that my OS is WinNt and Apache version is 1.3.6
How do i invoke this module ?
I know i may be asking a silly question, kindly bear with me and please do reply.
