Running GM 4.00.9922 on NT4sp6a. I'

Running GM 4.00.9922 on NT4sp6a. I'll be upgrading that server to WS2003. Is that version of GM compatible with WS2003?

Clients are all W2K or XP.

GoldMine hasn't been certified for Server 2003. Their next version is 6.5, due out in November, and that may or may not be - they are being closed-mouthed on it

Thank you very much for the info. Sounds like we are caught in the spot between the rock and the hard place!

GM is on a Domain controller which would have to be upgraded to W2k3. So perhaps now I need to move it to another server, joy :-(

Hi,

GoldMine 5 wasn't certified to run on Windows 2000 either! As a simple server it should run fine, and testing here shows it to run fine although we haven't done exhaustive tests.

Hi,

Were the UK's largest reseller so have lots of customers on a wide variety of customers. What I will say is that version 4 is well and truely on its way out, you need to upgrade, and if you upgrade go to 6.
