Running FTP Process in Batch 1

I want to write a batch process which does the following, everyday :

a. Connects to a server using FTP
b. Transfers a specific file ( say "dir1/log" )
c. E-mails the file to an e-mail address.


Any help will be appreciated

Use BLAT to do the email bit. It comes on the resource kit.

Be aware that Windows FTP won't do PASSIVE mode FTP transfers. Use MOVEIT Freely (do a google search for it.)
