Hello,

I am trying to create running fortnight group and noticed that a similar question was answered in thread767-914201.

My reports is designed to show the emplyee churn rate week-by-week. Currently i have been able to do this over a single fortnight only and i would like to be able to do this for a 12 week stint.

Can i use the formula in thread767-914201 to create a running fornight group?

My data is basically in the following format:

Date_Dump Agent_Name Position Start_Date
12/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
12/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005
19/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
19/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005
26/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
26/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005
03/05/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
03/05/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005

I would like to be able to create a group so that it shows data for:

Group "12/04 - 19/04"
Detail
12/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
12/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005
19/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
19/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005

Group "19/04 - 26/04"
Detail
19/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
19/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005
26/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
26/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005

Group "26/04 - 03/05"
Detail
26/04/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
26/04/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005
03/05/2007 John Smith CSR 01/01/2005
03/05/2007 Brian Brown CSR 01/01/2005

Cheers
