Hi All!

I can run an EXE from a DOS prompt and ca also pass parameters with it, giving a space

between exe and parameter e.g

test.exe testparameter

Now I want to do the same thing through an HTML page by clicking a hyperling. How to do

this? Please Help....

Thanks.

Certain *.exe can be run from a link, like telnet or ftp, but most cannot. What are you trying to execute? Dean Owen

it's an exe of a package which is installed on the client side. i am able to run that but I am not able to pass the parameter.

Okay. try a query string -

<a href=&quot;badger.exe?run=veryfast&quot;>

kinda thing. exactly what param names you give depends on the package. Dean Owen
