Running Disk Cleanup Remotely

I have about 50 to 60 machines that have less then 500 MB of space left on them. I have program that will clean up Profiles that are less 90 days or older. I am now trying to find a way to run disk cleanup on these machines with out connecting to them or actually visiting them.

Does any one have any thoughts on this?

I haven't been able to find anything to force disk cleanup to run through a script. That is what I was thinking as well.
