Running Crystal Reports from Kronos Workforce T&A

Has anybody tried to run user-defined Crystal Reports from within Kronos Workforce T&A system?

I have created a few reports, some with parameters/groups/totals/selections and some without. Every report I try to run comes up with the following message in the resulting PDF:

Error while processing report (AB - Workforce Managers):
An Error occurred in the Crystal Report tool: [No Description available for errno: 544], The
ErrorCode: 544, Expected: <#end>, Received: <#failure>

I have copied the reports into the folder that Workforce needs them to be in and have set up the report in the Workforce Report Set-up genie but all reports still fail.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated, as I have a HR department on my back.

Hi,

We report off Kronos here. Sounds like you're trying to intergrate CR within Kronos, correct?

If so, what version of Crystal are you using?
Kronos only works with ver 9. (or maybe lower) but not with 10

Thanks for the reply. We are using CR version 10 - that's probably why none of my reports work. I'll have to get onto our Kronos guy and see if there's anything we can do about it (other than buying CR version 9!)
