I am using Crystal 7 and trying to figure out how to use the ReportViewerBean.jar process to run a report. When I run the report the report window comes up but it is blank, the report never loads. I am trying to use the sampel reports I downloaded from Crystals website.

Questions:

1. Is there any detail documentation on the ReportViewerBean and how it works.?
2. Can you set the table being used in the report in the ReportViewerBean?
3. Can I run the report without opening it in a browser?
4. Do the reports have to run on a machine with Crystal Web Server Running?
5. Where does the .rpt file need to be compared to the applet or application being run?

Thanks

One method is to use i-net product crystal clear, which can run as a servlet in your web server.
