Running Crystal Report from ECRM prompt user for subreport passwords

I am running a Crystal Report (v8.5) from eCRM (v5.0). Our Accpac and eCRM databases are running on SQL 2000. When the report is run, the user is prompted for a SQL username and password for each subreport (in this case there are two). The main report does not prompt for the SQL username and password. Once the authentication is entered, the report runs fine. Any ideas as to how I might prevent the prompts?
