I used to test my PHP sites with Apache on my laptop when I wasn't able to get online. I need to do the same thing with ASP now, but I'm not sure what to use.

I can't use the local server that's in Windows XP because the laptop will only be the Home edition.

I've read a little about Apache:ASP, but that requires Perl knowledge which I don't have.

Does anyone know of a good local server I could use on my machine to run these pages?

Any help is appreciated!

I once found a hack that allowed me to load IIS onto XP Home edition but I don't remember exactly what was required... it was more than 2 years ago. Look around on Google and see if it is still out there.

Thanks, I looked around and found some sites that mention how to change the config. files.

This worked ok for you, and didn't cause any problems?
