Set the WindowState property of the _Screen object to 2 - Maximized, unless you have the _screen invisible in your application and are instead using your own Top Level form, in that case you would set it's WindowState property to 2 same as you would have for the _Screen.

Do you mean full-screen, or do you mean maximised?
The difference is that full-screen covers the Windows toolbar and any similar bits of furniture. It is what you see when you run a PowerPoint slide show, for instance.
To achieve that, set _SCREEN.Height and _SCREEN.Width to the physical heigth and width of the screen.
If you mean maximised, the other two guys have given you the solution.
