i losgt my telnet password to my server is there any way to get it back :(

Ask your sys admin for your password, or their are ways to reset passwords in single user mode if you are at the console...

Is the server yours, or are you on a shared web hosting server?

Which password did you lose? a user password, web password, root password, etc?

If you lost the root password (worst senario), you can start your server in single user mode and change the password... you will possibly need to do this from cd/emergency media, depending on the flavor of unix, version and security settings...
