running an executable from ASP page.

Is it possible to run an executable from an ASP page? What I would like to do is when a submit button is clicked on an ASP page, a visual basic executable runs on the server.

You need to use a dll to execute something.

I am trying to do the same thing, but am running into a dead end. If the two of you wouldn't mind, could you take a look at Calling .exe w/ASP and help to point me in the right direction. In the meantime I'm going to take a look at ASPExec.
