Hello all:

Is there a way that I can run a certain query once daily? I know there is an OnTimer event but the maximun amount of time you can select is only an hour. I just want to make sure that something happens once daily.

Thanks for your time and help.

Daniel

I went to Advanced Search and typed in Task Scheduler. Then I selected it to search on Exact Phrase. It turned up a lot of info that would probably help you out. Your situation will depend on what OS you are running and a few other details. If you find something and can't quite get it to work, post back and we can smooth out the rough spots from there.

yeah use a function that runs on startup

if the query wasnt run today, run it - and then update the table to reflect the run date (today)

Just because you have an answer - doesn't mean it's the best answer.
