I have a perl script. Works great!! I was wondering if it is possible to have it running from a web server which doesn't have Perl installed. I have gone as far as compiling the .pl file using perl2exe. I run the .exe at a DOS prompt and, hey, it still works!!!

How can I run the .exe file as I would the .pl from the browser?

Does that make any sense?????

Thanks

Yeah, from what I have seen, you should be able to. I have seen this used before, but the only way to find out for sure is to try running it from the web. If it doesn't work, you might have to check your server configurations to make sure that it knows how to execute .exe files.

Hope this helps.
