I have an application (.exe files) that is used by several corporations on their in-house network. I have been requested to modify one of the forms and put it on the Internet. I have modified the form and made it an active document based on the directions in the Visual FoxPro 6.0 Programmers Guide. It will run on my computer as an active document in Internet Explorer.

If I understand the Programmers Guide correctly I can only use active documents when compiled as a project file, not as an .EXE. Is this true? If yes, do I have to have a copy of VFP 6.X on the corporation's server where the web page will be launched from?

Thanks;

Hi!

No, you just need to install run-time DLL libraries and Vfp6run.exe. See also following articles in the MSDN Help:
Active Documents in Chapter 31, Interoperability and the Internet, in the Programmer's Guide.
