running 90-day intervals each month

I am in need of a date formula that runs a 90-day interval for the previous 4 to 2 months prior to current month, i.e it's Nov but I need July1 thru Sept30. Can you help?

I believe this is what you are looking for
{@YourDateField} in dateadd ("m",-1,currentdate) to dateadd ("m",-4,currentdate)
