Running 2x webmail

Hi guys

We have two exchange servers, One an NT4 box running Exch 5.5 and one Win2003 Server running Exch 2003. We already have an IIS server running webmail for the Exch 5.5 box, could we set up a second Webmail site for the Exch 2003 box on the same iis server or would the webmail install from 2003 over write the Exch 5.5 one.
