I am trying to set up Oracle ASM in a virtual box. The Oracle is 11G Release 1. I need to run runInstaller(./runInstaller) to create an ASM instance. I am signed on as Oracle but Linux can't find it, any idea how I can find or get it?

It should be in the on the Oracle installation media (or in the tarball) that you are installing Oracle from. How did you get it, download or CD/DVD?
