when I try and activate Users and Passwords in Control Panel, rundll32.exe (yeh not rundl132.exe) as a process, it goes berserk. The other process that is activated but does not increase above about 1,000k's is isass.exe. I have run win2000 as a repair twice, looked at the size of the file and compared it with rundll32.exe on another machine and still no change. It never gets to open the Users and Passwords window and CPU usage is at 100% during the entire prosess. Is anyone able to tell me how to fix this problem.
