Rundll error on boot up MS XP Pro

Recently I reinstalled my personal MS XP Pro onto my HP notebook. In addition to MS Ofc XP and other first tier products, all registered & licenced. Lately on boot up I get an error which goes as follows: RUNDLL, error loading\3\LXCCtime.dll, The specified module could not be found. This occurred following MS updates for the OS.

Can anyone direct me to a solution?

Go into msconfig and startup tab and look for this in there and uncheck it and reboot and see if that helps.
