RUNCOBOL ERROR "unable to find system message file"

When I try lo load an aplication with runcobol on windows 98 or 2000 (rmcobol2) in some machines it exits showing "unable to find system message file".
This problem is not permanent, sometimes runcobol loads as usually. The error has been reported at my job, only on Dell machines.

¿What is the system message file and where it should be installed?

¿how could I solve this error?

This happens to me using RMCobol 6.5. The runcobol is looking for a file called RUN.MSG that should exist in the folder that you are starting the runcobol from.
