RUNADDON does not work

Hi,
im running visio 2002 on win2k sp4, both german versions. RUNADDON does not work, and the german version ZUSATZAUSF is not even recognized as a valid command. I tried the following:
in cell EventDblClick (EreignisDpplKlck) i use the formula =RUNADDON("MsgBox ""Hello World!""")
Any hints will be greatly appreciated.
