run VB script wih Acrobat

Acrobat doesn't support VBScript. It does support JavaScript. You can tie JavaScript functions to button/form events, and also to DocumentOpen events and Application Start.
If you meant Visual Basic or VB.NET, Acrobat exposes an Automation interface with various objects and methods.
