I have a report that I'm pulling that is taking forever. It returns records, but after I let it run for a while (about 45 min), it returns the "No Rowset Was Returned For This Table, Query Or Procedure" error. Typically when this happens, there is a problem with the database connection. It's pulling back data fine, so I'm pretty sure that can't be the problem. Any ideas?

I'm using Crystal 8 with an OLEDB connection to SQL Server.

Look at the SQL statement that Crystal is sending to the database, and see if there is a problem with the WHERE clause. Not all criteria in CR can be converted to SQL. This forces the client to do more work than it should.

Also, check your joins and make sure that they are accurate. Ken Hamady
