Run time error 53

I have packaged & deployed a VB6-Access2000-Jet4- ADO 2.5 application in win2000 platform and installed in a win98SE Machine. I have got a "run time error 53" . I think this is happening when it is going to run a shell command in the background. What are the files or .ocx that I have to copy to the machine and what should I do after that?
