Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)' with ORADC.OCX in VB6

Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)':Method 'Recordset' of object '_DORADC' failed.

I use ORACLE Data Control ORADC.OCX Version 2.3.0.0.0.
When I assign OraDynaset object to the recordset property of this control then I get this error in VB6 code. Meantime, the same code works fine in VB5.

If anybody can help me to resolve this problem?
