Run Time '429 ActiveX can be created

hi all,
i am a student.i develop a package using VB 6.0 and prepared installation Shield thro' Professional 2000. When
ever i run my program in Window 95/98 then , it gives
RunTime 429 error with "AcxtiveX can be created" messaghe.

i do open Ms Access and Ms Excel in my package. i have checked the problem.But i am frequently getting the same the Error.I have removed Ms Access/Excel then checked ,but it did not
work out.
i did istallation/un-installation of VB5 and VB6.0 .But still i am getting the same problem.


i get this error whenever "DO PRESS buton to open a window for selection a file"

please help me!!

are you use the reference dao3.6??? dao3.6 is for Access2000. Please do the setup disk for it.
