Client is running SBS 2003 Premium and wanted some extra items working such as VPN and OWA (previous compnay had not done this). I noticed that the ICW had not been run so I ran it, no errors came back, but no no-one can access the internet. The server can, but an FTP program that runs on the server to connect to an external source is also failing. The error message is:

403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL)

I'm suspecting ISA has been affected but I'm really not an ISA specialist.

Any help greatly appreciated.

first of all check the dns configuration in the isa server , and for all the network its seem to be a dns problem

hope its helps
