Hi,

I have a query in access that outputs several part numbers with different shipment dates. I have same shipment date for different part types and same part types with different shipment dates. The query asks the user to enter the shipment date. I want to output all the same part types with their different shipment dates in temporary tables or a temporary location.

My ultimate goal is to graph this information by part type, (the query also outputs the precent rejected for the part type for e/ shipment date)..

Does anyone have an idea how to do this or somewhere where i can find some information??

Thanks!

As this is a query question it should really be in another forum...

Also it is not clear what you want to accomplish.

What is the SQL of the query that works?

What should it do differently?

It sounds like you might want all the shipping dates for parts shipped in a given range. Is that right?

Likely the SQL will be enough but the tables, fields, datatypes and relationships all may come in handy.

The sql of the query that works outputs the percentage rejected of the particular part type on a perticular shipment date along with the part type and the shipment date. And from this query i want to separate all the part types into separate tables ..

Is it any more clear now?

I did move this thread to Access queries forum.

Thanks.
