Hi,

Do you know how I can run powershell as a user with read only rights i.e. unable to use "set-"
If I log in to my machine as a domain admin and run powershell there is a possibility I use set- instead of get-.
Is there a way I can avoid the issue even though its not likely to occur.

Thanks,
b

You restrict what that user account can do on your Exchange server. Remove any delegated rights for Domain Admins. Customize as/if needed.

I appreciate what you are saying and I have done that already.

I still would like to know if my original question is possible.

Thanks

I've answered your question. If they don't have the rights to do tasks in Exchange, they can't execute the commands in PowerShell.
